Capital Smart City developer, Future Developments Holdings Limited (FHDL) issued a notification regarding the clearance of confirmation payment and membership fees. The last date announced is 6 June, 2020 to clear all the due.
The notification stated that all the members whose booking done after January 1, 2020 are required to pay their confirmation amount as well as membership fess before due date. This policy is also applicable for those who booked 3.5 Marla plots and Villas Apartments.
The developer also stated that no request for payment of the pending dues and membership fees will be entertained after the said deadline and for such clients, the amount they have already paid will be refunded with a deduction of 25% in a duration of 6 months.
