Rudn Enclave has increased the prices of Farmhouses and 1 Kanal Commercial Plots. As per new price plan the new price for 1 Kanal commercial plot is PKR 15,000,000. Meanwhile, the farmhouse prices are mentioned as below
• PKR 9,200,000 for 4 Kanal farmhouse
• PKR 16,000,000 for 8 Kanal farmhouse
Furthermore, the experts said that as the development work proceed the price of Rudn Enclave project will further increases. The management of Rudn Enclave has congratulated the investors for taking wisely decision.
