According to recent notification, it offers 6% discount for 50% down payment while 12% discount for full payment at once. This discounts are applicable for all the new bookings. For Old Members
Get up to 3 times 10% discount on all due and outstanding installments. The discounted amount adjusted in coming installments. Moreover, in case you have already paid 6 instalments, you can get 3% discount on overall price of plot. Similarly, get 6% discount on total price of plot, if you have paid 6 installments in advance.
Last Date
