DHA Gujranwala has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) applications for pre-qualification for infrastructural development in the project. The management is working on tremendous speed to make this project livable in coming years. Presently, the EOIs invited for the following
- Infra-development works: Infrastructure development packages (at least for 2 sectors) and Canal area commercial project, including theme park
- Commercial projects: Luxury and A Class apartments, 10-marla villas, 5-marla houses and 5 star hotel including hospitality services courses
- Amenity projects: Medical City with nursing school, Education City, and Sports Complex, including all associated services
- DHA Club with luxury facilities
- Sector Masjid
- Prefabricated RCC boundary wall at selected locations
DHA Gujranwala will give priority to firms who are enlisted with PEC and have similar experience in grand projects. The last date to submit EOI is July 15, 2020. Third-party scrutiny will decide the firms awarded with contract.
