Although Lahore Smart City is all set to launch still there is no date confirmed yet. This is not such a negative thing to be worried about but still many things count on the launch date. Authorities are working their days and night off to complete their work within the given time frame but still, you have to be patient and wait until the launch date is announced and it is properly launched.

Lahore Smart City is over an area of 55000 kanals and already acquire 20,000 kanals on Lahore bypass which is more than enough for a housing society and the city is in 2 blocks.

This indicates that the infrastructure will be on international standards and the city is going to be the first smart city in the Province of Punjab so the Maintenance cost can be slightly higher than normal corporate housing societies in Pakistan. But not unaffordable. The city will be the first-of-its-kind city in Pakistan with all the smart features and facilities not just for the residence of the city but climate-friendly for the globe as well.
