Capital Smart City shared new price of 3.5 Marla plots in Capital Smart City islamabad. The management had launched most affordable residential plots. These plots located in new residential block namely Harmony Park. Because of immense investment, 3.5 Marla Plot ran out in inventory in 4 days at old rate.

Now management has announced new price of 3.5 Marla Plot in Capital Smart City. As per latest announcement, the new rate is PKR 1, 789,000. Along with that, it is also predicted that these plots will fully sell in 7 days only.

As compared to other projects in Twin Cities, the rates are quite nominal. That is the reason, people book their plots as soon as booking starts.
